275 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the rules and responsibilities that apply to all users of the 275 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by the 275 platform, you fully agree to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.
Continued use of the 275 platform following the publication of any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in effect.
The 275 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. Registration or use by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this age requirement will be closed immediately.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the 275 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided at registration may result in action being taken against the account, including permanent closure and withholding of funds where fraud is involved.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. 275 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account by a third party. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users are permitted to use the 275 platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes. This includes Sports Betting, casino games, slots, and other activities available on the platform within the applicable limits and terms.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for fraud, money laundering, disrupting platform systems, sharing accounts, using automated software to manipulate games, or engaging in any activity that is illegal under Malaysian law.
If you discover any bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or suspicious activity on the 275 platform, please report it to our support team immediately. Exploiting any technical vulnerability for personal gain is a serious violation of these terms.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 275 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is legitimate, in their own name, and does not involve funds obtained through illegal means.
275 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and other methods listed on the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies and may change without prior notice.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected method. 275 reserves the right to delay or hold suspicious transactions pending investigation to protect user account security and platform integrity. Users must complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal is approved.
Any bonus or promotion credited to an account is subject to its own wagering requirements and withdrawal limits as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without first meeting the specified wagering requirements.
Limitation of Liability
The 275 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service availability, 275 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or service outages.
275 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of wagered funds due to technical failures beyond our control.
275's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limit applies to the extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
275 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity associated with that account.
In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, 275 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If no violation is confirmed, any legitimate balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 275 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within seven business days, and all legitimate balances will be returned upon completion of identity verification.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, brand names, software, and other materials found on the 275 platform are the exclusive property of 275 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 275.
The 275 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for your convenience and do not imply that 275 endorses, verifies, or is responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
275 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of any material changes via an in-platform notice or registered email. Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 275 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
